Our Classes for Fall 2005

Martha's classes are all open to whomever would like to attend. All you have to do is show up to class and sign up with Martha directly. She should be able to help you with picking out projects and all that jazz. She accepts all levels of knitters, and her classes are always lots of fun. "All the questions you had on Saturday night can be solved." Join this ongoing class and receive the assistance you need with your knitting projects.

Start or finish a project, get help reading patterns, or learn how to design items you will love, from sweaters to blankets, baby to adult wear. All levels. Beginners welcome! Martha describes her classes as "Positive Pearls Pleasantly Presented". Martha is a teacher in her "real life", so helping students with their knitting comes natural to her. You will love her upbeat, Can-Do personality and be impressed by her expertise in all things knitting! Martha keeps current by taking classes whenever she can so she can pass all the newest techniques on to you! Sign up for a class soon, as classed fill up quickly!
Martha also gives a "Fear of Double Points" Workshop as well!

Monday: 11:00am - 1:00pm
Thursday: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
and Saturday: 9:00am - 11:00am,11:00am - 1:00pm and 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Cost: $50.00 for 5 sessions for a 5-class punch card. Each used card is worth 2% off purchases, so you will want to keep them to receive 10% off for 5 used cards, 20% off with 10 used cards, etc, up to a limit of 50% off. Please pay for classes by cash or check directly to Martha Lyons.

Join an ongoing class any time and receive the assistance you need with your knitting projects. Start or finish a project, get help reading patterns, or learn how to design a knitted item of your choice. You are not required to come to five consecutive classes. You may come to any of the classes on this schedule as you wish.

Supplies: Please purchase your yarn and supplies for class at Yarn Lady.

Laura is at our store quite frequently, but you may not have bumped into her. Laura has been a customer for a long time and she loves to knit. (What's more- she's good at it!) Laura is Martha's assistant and helps her in her classes to better serve her students. You will love that she's there to add HER advice and expertise to that of Martha's. We love having her!!
