On July 8th, the representative from Anny Blatt is doing a FREE
Tiboodoo
Trunk Show from 10am to 4pm. What is a Tiboodoo? Tiboodoo's are a
beautiful line of designer baby clothes done in the European Anny Blatt
tradition (n??ager?@ao?.com). The samples at the Trunk Show are available in either a kit
for you to knit or ready made.

 Tired
of working on the same projects? Can't figure out what to work on next?
Need a creative 'shot in the arm?' Then we have a special one-of-a-kind
workshop for you. "Caffeine
for the Creative Mind" by Stefan Mumaw and Wendy Lee Oldfield
is a workshop on how to get you out of your creative slump. They will
help you generate more ideas and inherent practices that can lead to new
and exciting project challenges. Scheduled for July 15th at 6:30pm and
for a mere $5, how could you go wrong?

July 28th and 29th, we have a special treat for you.
Well known designer, Chris Bylsma will be teaching two
six-hour workshops on how to create your very own "Hand Knit
Art"...

  On
Friday,
July 28th from 10am to 4 pm Chris is teaching NaStasha Bags (felted
purses that use your stash) or Sweet Rolls (felted or non-felted bolster
pillows).
On Saturday,
July 29th from 9am to 3pm, Chris will help you create a fabulous
Crayon Jacket incorporating yarns from your stash with new
selections.
Each workshop is $80 and lunch will be provided on both days.

On a personal note:
Have you ever felt like you wanted to sit down with someone and be
able to really explain to them how you feel and the challenges you
are facing? In my mind I did this recently, where I thought if I
could only find THE person who would understand. If only we had that
opportunity to talk and I could know that they would really LISTEN!!
I didn't have anything earth-shattering to talk about, but it would
feel so good to connect with someone.
 Last
weekend in church the topic was ask, seek and knock and I said:
"Lord, what should I ask for?" Sitting in the car
waiting for my husband to pick up some groceries, it hit me so
strong that it brought tears to my eyes! Jesus is that person! Not
only can I ASK Him for things, I can TALK to Him about things! WOW!
Think of the possibilities!
